高压氧对脑血管疾病患者记忆的影响

目的 :为了观察高压氧对脑血管疾病患者的记忆的改善作用。方法 :选择脑出血病人 38例、脑梗塞病人40例 ,进行记忆测验并与健康人 40名对比观察。结果 :发现健康人对照组除再生和背数两个分测验外 ,其他分测验成绩和记忆商数均接近常模均数 ;与对照组相比 ,脑梗塞组的记忆测验成绩有不同程度下降 ,而脑出血组的记忆测验成绩明显下降 ,经三个疗程高压氧治疗后 ,病人的记忆功能明显的改善 ,记忆商数及多个分测验成绩均有显著提高 ,且脑梗塞患者记忆改善程度优于脑出血患者 ,还发现脑出血量越多 ,对记忆功能损害就越大。结论 :高压氧对脑梗塞及脑出血患者的记忆功能有良好的改善作用

EFFECTS OF HYPERBARIC OXYGEN ON THE MEMORY OF PATIENTS WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE

Objective:To determine the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the memory of patients with cerebrovascular disease. Method:Thirty-six patients with cerebral hemorrhage and fourty patients with cerebral infarction were chosen in order to test their memorial function,as well as fourty healthy people.Results:Except the regeneration and counting tests,the normal control's other separate test scores and memory quotient were close to the common average.Compared with the normal controls,the memory test scores of patients decreased,especially the patients with cerebral hemorrhage.After three periods of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the patients' memorial function were obviously improved.And the memory quotient and several separate test scores markedly increased.The improvement of memory of patients with cerebral infarction was better than that of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.And the more the cerebral hemorrhage volume was,the more serious the memorial function's damage was.Conclusions:Hyperbaic oxygen can successfully improve the memorial function of patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
