| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内窥镜下治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法:对40例OSAHS患儿行内窥镜下刨削腺样体和(或)扁桃体切除术,术后随访观察6~12月;采用儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停疾病特异性生活质量调查表(OSA-18)对40例患儿分别进行术前4周和术后6~12个月的生活质量调查予以评价手术疗效;同时分析扁桃体和腺样体大小与OSA-18评分的关系。结果:OSAHS对25%患儿生活质量造成严重影响,术后约87.50%的患儿生活质量得到明显改善。手术前OSA-18评分与腺样体大小存在明显相关性。结论:内窥镜下刨削腺样体和(或)扁桃体切除对儿童OSAHS具有较好的临床疗效,且手术时间短,操作简单,并发症少,尤其适合儿童OSAHS的手术治疗。
