21世纪中国特色全科医学教育展望

目的为了探讨全科医学教育的发展前景。方法本文分析了我国全科医学教育的现状和发展全科医学教育的可行性和优势。结果提出了面向21世纪发展全科医学教育，促进有中国特色的全科医生培养的几个共同关心的问题。结论建立有效的卫生服务模式是实现社会可持续发展的需要，按社会需要培养全科医生已成为人们的共识，实施全科医学教育应结合国情，多层次、多渠道培训中国特色的全科医生，并逐步建立和完善我国的全科医学教育体系。

The prospects of general medical education in China in the 21~(st) century

Objective To investigate the prospects of general medical education in China. Methods The current situation, feasibility and superiority of general medical education in China are analyzed. Results Some questions widely concerned about hy the public are put forward and answered .such as how to rapidly promote training of general practitioners with Chinese characteristics to meet thechallenge of 21(st) century. Conclusion Establishment of effective health care service model is the requirement of realizing sustained development of our country. Training general practitioners on the basisof social needs is gradually becoming the common sense of the society. Training of different levels andchannels should be used to cultivate general practitioners with Chinese characteristics. The system ofgeneral medical education should be gradually established and improved.
