摘    要:目的:分析苗药土一枝蒿中的挥发性成分。方法:采用固相微萃取法提取苗药土一枝蒿中的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性成分进行分析。结果:鉴定出72种化学成分,相对含量占总挥发性组分峰面积的97.24%,其中主要化学成分是β-倍半水芹烯(40.227%)、(Z, E)-α-大根叶烯(12.853%)、E -β-法尼烯(11.205%)等。结论:土一枝蒿的挥发性成分主要是萜烯类。

Analysis of the Volatile Chemical Constituents of Achillea wilsoniana by SPME-GC-MS

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical components of the volatile chemical constituents of Achillea wilsoniana.Methods:Its volatile components were extracted by SPME and analyzed by GC -MS. Result:From the total essential oil,72 components were identified,the relative content accounted for 97. 24% of the peak area of total volatile constituents.the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization Method the components separated were identified by GC-MS.The main chemi-cal components were identified as β-Sesguiphellandrene (40.227%), (Z,E) -α-Farnesene (1 2. 853%)and E-β-Farnesne (1 1 .205%).Conclusion:The results indicated that terpenes were the ma-jor volatile compounds in Achillea wilsoniana.
