核素肾动态显像评价上尿路结石患者肾功能的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨放射性核素肾动态显像对上尿路结石患者肾功能的评价意义。方法选择2010年5月至2012年7月治疗的100例上尿路结石患者,分别采用多功能单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPEECT)配置低能通用准直器,利用放射性核素99 m锝-二乙三胺五乙酸(99 mTc-DTPA)作为示踪剂,进行放射性核素肾动态显像评价患肾功能,并在进行放射性核素肾动态显像检查前同时对这100例病人进行静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查,将前者作为治疗组,后者为对照组。结果放射性核素肾动态显像有功能肾的比率高于同期进行的IVU,P0.05,IVU没有显影的患肾,放射性核素显像大多有放射性核素摄取。结论放射性核素肾动态显像检查灵敏、无创,可以准确评价上尿路结石患者肾功能的状态,是一种可靠的评价肾功能的方法。

Nuclide renal dynamic imaging evaluation of urinary stones on renal function in patients with clinical significance

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of radionuelide renal dynamic imaging of renal function in patients with urinary stones. Meth- ods 100 cases of patients with urinary stones were included into this study between May 2010 to July 2012. All patients received the multi - func- tion single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging with low - energy general collimator. Radionuclide technetium 99mTc - dieth- ylenetriamine five acetic acid (99mTc - DTPA) was used as a tracer. Radionuclide renal dynamic imaging were used for evaluation of renal func- tion. Venous urinary tract imaging (IVU) was used to evaluate the renal function before the radionuclide rerml dynamic ima~ng examination at the same time for the 100 cases of patients. The former was considered as treatment group, the latter as the control group. Results The ratio of kid- ney function in radionuclide renal dynamic imaging is higher than the same period in IVU, P 〈 0.05. Although the patients were not imaged in IVU, most of the patients had radioactive nuclide uptake in radionuclide imaging. Conclusion Radionuclide renal dynamic imaging is sensitive and noninvasive examination. The method can assessment accurately renal function in patients with urinary stones on state. This method is a relia- ble method for evaluation of renal function.
