摘 要: | 目的研究非布司他主要杂质的结构和产生的原因。方法和结果用HPLC法分离该杂质,用波谱法推导其结构,再用合成制备对其结构进行确证。结论该杂质的结构为2-(3-羟基亚胺甲基4-异丁氧苯基)-4-甲基噻唑-5-羧酸。

Abstract: | Objective To identify the structure and source of the main impurity of febuxostat.Methods & Results The main impurity was separated by HPLC and its structure was identified by spectroscopy and chemical synthesis.Conclusion The main impurity of febuxostat was confirmed as 2-(3-((hydroxyimino)methyl)-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid. |
