| Abstract: | A case of congenital nephrotic syndrome (CNS) combined with skull dysplasia was confirmed based on clinical findings, laboratory examination and skull CT scan. Hereditary features, clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis of CNS were reported in this paper after literatm'e review. |
