体外冲击波碎石对双侧输尿管结石疗效的临床评价

目的探讨体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）治疗双侧输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法分析我院2009年9月至2010年7月收治的125例双侧输尿管结石并接受ESWL治疗的患者。结果 125例患者,输尿管上段结石有效碎石率96.2%,中段有效碎石率93.4%,下段有效碎石率92.5%,差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论体外冲击波碎石术在治疗栓侧输尿管结石上疗效较好,碎石率高,患者痛苦小,普遍接受此种疗法,适合在临床上推广使用。

The Clinical Evaluation of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy to Bilateral Ureteral Occlusion

Objective To explore clinical therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy to bilateral ureteral occlusion.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 125 patients who had bilateral ureteral occlusion were accept the ESWL in our department from September 2009 to July 2010.Results The rate of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were 96.2%,93.4%,92.5%,in the superior segment,midpiece and inferior segment.Concluslon The clinical therapeutic higher effect and little painful hd extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy to bilateral ureteral occlusion which can offer clinical prospect.
