不同器械根管预备后一次性根充的疗效评价

目的 :探讨不同器械根管预备后一次性根充的疗效。方法 :在门诊患者中选择年龄为 13岁～ 70岁需做根管治疗的患者 2 0 0例 ,共计 2 0 0颗患牙 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,其中实验组 10 0例 ,计 10 0颗患牙 ,对照组 10 0例 ,计 10 0颗患牙。两组分别采用旋转镍钛根管扩大系统及不锈钢K型和H型手动扩挫系统扩挫根管的方法进行根管预备后 ,进行根管充填 ,比较术后反应发生情况。结果 :实验组及对照组中三级反应率分别为 12 %、2 9%。两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =4 4 .14 3,P <0 .0 5 ) ,实验组术后反应的发生低于对照组。结论 :镍钛机扩技术可以降低一次性根管充填术后反应的发生率。

Clinical evaluation of different methods of root canal preparation on one-appointment root canal therapy

Objective:To compare effects of different methods of different methods of root canal preparation on one-appointment root canal therapy.Methods:200 patients with acute endodontitis aged from 13 to 70 year-old were chosen randomly as samples:100 cases divided into experiment group were treated by using NiTi rotary technique to prepare root canals,the other 100 cases divided into control group were treated by using stainless steel K-files and H-files handy technique to prepare root canals,then all cases were given one-appointment root canals filling at once.The incidence of post-operative compliments were recorded,then using statistic methods to deal with and analyze data.Results:The incidence of post-operative compliments within a week of treatment were 12% in experimental group and 29% in control group,the differences between tow groups were statistically significant(χ2=44.143,P<0.05).Conclusion:The NiTi rotary technique using in root canal prepoaration was more excellent than stainless handy instruments,which showed its ability to decrease the post-operative compliments.
