Discussion on Achievements, Issues and Solutions in Application for Going Abroad on Official Duty of NIFDC

Objective To improve the efficiency of application for going abroad on official duty, guarantee the visiting tasks to proceed smoothly as scheduled, and carry out international exchanges and cooperation in an outstanding and practical manner. Methods An overview was conducted on the achievements of NIFDC by going abroad on official duty, the common issues in the applying process were summarized on which coping strategies were proposed. Results and Conclusion By actively publicizing the requirements for passports and visas, doing a good job of application with great enthusiasm and strong responsibility, and by enhancing the capabilities of the foreign affairs administrative personnel in an effort to gain constant improvement for the quality of services, solid guarantee was provided for the improvement of inspection capacities and the internationalization of food and drug quality control.
