微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定药用明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量

摘    要:目的建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定药用空心胶囊中有害元素铬的含量。方法采用微波消解压力控制系统消解样品,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测药用空心胶囊中铬元素的含量。结果方法的检出限为0.16μg·L^-1,铬浓度在0~20μg·L^-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为101.9%。结论该方法不用加基质改进剂,操作简便、快捷,可满足地市级药检所对药用空心胶囊中微量铬含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method to determine the harmful element, chromium (Cr), in vacant capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion. Methods The samples were dissolved by pressure controlled microwave and then the harmful element Cr in medicinal vacant capsules was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0.16μg·L^-1 , and there was a good linear correlation with absorbance for chromium in the concentration range of 0 μg·L^-1 to 20 μg·L^-1 , the correlation coefficient was 0. 9997 and the average recovery rate was 101.9%. Conclusion This method didn't require the addition of matrix modifier and it was convenient, rapid and suitable for prefecture-level institutes for food and drug control to determine trace chromium in vacant capsules.
