医院学科建设评价机制的实践与探索

摘    要:近年来,医院探索建立了较为完整的学科建设综合评价机制,制定了“学科建设考评方案”,包括医疗、教学、科研、学术交流、人才梯队等多方面内容。该考评方案以其特有的量化评价指标,达到了对学科发展评价工作的科学性、规范性、公平性和可及性。结合对医院各学科的综合实力客观评价后给与不同激励措施,激发学科带头人和学科骨干的工作激情、创新潜能和团队凝聚力,最终促进学科持续、快速发展。

Abstract:General assessment mechanism of discipline construction involves of medical service, teaching, research, academic communication and human resources training has been created on Hunan Provincial Children's Hospital. With the quantity indictors, the assessment system can evaluate the scientificity, normalization, equity and accessibility on discipline construction. According to the assessment result, different incentive countermeasures were designed for different disciplines to motivate team leader's enthusiasm and strengthen team's innovation and cohesion to promote discipline sustainable and rapid development.
