摘    要:学院型学科是适应市场竞争的需要,其创建是一项复杂系统的工作,需要多方参与和系统化、规范化的运作。当前要务是完善学院型学科的理论知识,为推进学科的发展提供理论支撑。本文对学院型学科的概念和特征进行了界定,并从学科发展方向和基地建设、学科队伍建设、学术氛围、临床教学和国内外交流合作5个方面介绍了学院型学科的创建。通过对学院型学科进行效果评价,提高对学院型学科的认识,促进学科的发展。

Abstract:Academic discipline adapts to the needs of market competition, whose construction is a complex system, needing multi- stakeholder involvement and systematic, standardized operation. Current priority is to improve and perfect its theoretical knowledge, which provides the theoretical support for the development of discipline. The concept of academic discipline is clearly defined in this paper according to its characteristic. The construction of academic discipline is introduced from development direction, base construction, team building, academic atmosphere, clinical education, domestic and international exchanges. The effectiveness of discipline construction is evaluated in order to improve the understanding of academic discipline and promote the development of discipline.
