运动想象结合运动再学习训练偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能

摘    要:目的探讨运动想象结合运动再学习训练对偏瘫患者下肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法将88例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各44例,两组均采用常规神经内科药物治疗和运动再学习训练,其中治疗组在训练前进行15~20min运动想象训练。运动再学习训练1次/d,40min/次,疗程6周。采用下肢运动功能评分法(FMA)、改良指数法(MBI)对两组患者治疗前、治疗后下肢功能和日常生活活动能力进行评定。结果两组患者下肢功能和日常生活活动能力积分较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.01),但治疗组治疗前后改善明显优对照组(P<0.01)。结论运动再学习训练结合运动想象疗法可提高偏瘫患者下肢运动功能,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the motor imagery combined with motor relearning training on hemiplegia patients with lower extremity motor function recovery in rats.Methods 88 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases in each group,two groups were given routine nerve drug therapy and motor relearning training,one treatment group in training before 15~20 minutes motor imagery training.Motor relearning training 1 times / D,40min / time,6 weeks treatment.Using lower extremity motor function score(FMA),a modified exponential method(MBI) of patients in two groups before treatment,after treatment of lower limb function and activities of daily living ability evaluation.Results The two groups of patients with lower limb function and activities of daily living score than before treatment were improved significantly(P<0.01),but after treatment in the treatment group improved significantly and in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Motor relearning training combined with motor imagery therapy can improve the motor function of lower limbs in hemiplegic patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
