电针夹脊穴对海洛因依赖者心理渴求及血浆β-EP、Dyn-A的影响*

目的：研究电针夹脊穴干预海洛因依赖者心理渴求的临床效应及对血浆β-EP、Dyn的影响。方法：将120例海洛因依赖者随机分为4组：针刺1组（夹脊穴、肾俞）、针刺2组（四肢穴）、模拟组和对照组,采用心理渴求程度VAS量表评定心理渴求程度变化,采用放射免疫法检测血浆β-EP、Dyn治疗前后的变化。 结果：针刺1组、针刺2组心理渴求程度VAS积分明显低于对照组和模拟组(p<0.05, p<0.01),针刺1组与针刺2组之间具有统计学差异(p<0.05),针刺1组、针刺2组血浆β-EP、Dyn水平均有所上升,与对照组和模拟组相比均有显著性差异（p<0.01、p<0.05）。针刺1组和针刺2组的β-EP之间无显著性差异（p>0.05）,针刺1组和针刺2组的Dyn水平相比具有显著性差异（p<0.05）。结论：电针夹脊穴可明显抑制心理渴求,降低复吸率。其机制可能与增加血浆β-EP的含量,尤其是促进血浆Dyn的增加有关。

Effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B 2) on drug craving of heroin addicts and beta-EP and Dyn-A in plasma

Objective: To study the influence of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) on craving of heroin addicts and plasma β-EP, Dyn .Methods: 120 heroin addicts were randomly divided into 4 groups: acupuncture a group (Jiaji, Shenshu), acupuncture group 2 (limbs points), simulation group and the control group.Craving VAS rating scale were used to observe craving change of heroin addicts, Plasma β-EP, Dyn were detected using radioimmunoassay.Results: Compared with control group and simulation group,craving VAS score of acupuncture group 1 and acupuncture group 2 were significantly lowered (p <0.05, p <0.01), Compared with acupuncture group 1,craving VAS score of acupuncture group 2 decreased significantly(P<0.05). Plasma β-EP, Dyn of acupuncture group 1 and group 2 increased significantly(p <0.01, p <0.05) in comparison with control group and simulation group.β-EP of Acupuncture group 1 and acupuncture group 2 had no significant difference (p> 0.05), Dyn of acupuncture group 1 increased significantly((p <0.05) compared with acupuncture group 2. Conclusion: The electro-acupuncture at Jiaji could significantly inhibit craving and reduce relapse rate. The mechanism may be related to increasing plasma β-EP, in particular, to increase plasma Dyn.
