2004年对丽水市部分政府工作人员和暗娼艾滋病防治的定性访谈研究

目的]了解丽水市政府部门工作人员对艾滋病防治工作的认识和态度,暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为及需求。方法]2004年4月,在丽水市部分政府部门中选取14名工作人员,在暗娼人群中选择10名作为访谈对象进行面对面定性访谈。结果]丽水市政府工作人员熟悉艾滋病知识及形势,清楚政府部门的责任。暗娼人群对于如何预防性病艾滋病尚存在很多误区,在性行为中不能坚持使用安全套。暗娼人群中存在HIV流行的巨大隐患。大部分受访者希望能免费得到安全套和防病知识教育。结论]丽水市开展多部门合作防治艾滋病具有很好的基础;在暗娼人群中应加强健康教育和健康促进工作,提高暗娼的自我保护意识。

A Aualitative Aesearch on AIDS for Some Office Workers in the Government's Departments and Female Commercial Sex Workers( FCSWs)

Objective]To understand knowledge and attitude of office workers in the departments of Lishui Government on AIDS, and to understand knowledge, attitude, behavior and need on AIDS of FCSWs Methods]In 2004 April, we selected 14 office workers in some departments and 10 FCSWs to have a one on one interview Results]The office workers knew knowledge and situation on AIDS in China, and the duty of the government There were risks towards AIDS epidemic among FCSWs Most FCSMs wanted to acquire free condoms and health education Conclusions]There was a good foundation in Lishui for developing the program of controlling AIDS with many departments' cooperation We should enhance the work of health education and health promotion among FCSWs, and improve their conciousness of protecting themselves from AIDS
