胸腔镜亚肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌现状及前景

一直以来,解剖性肺叶切除术都是非小细胞肺癌的标准术式.近年来,随着人口老龄化的进程以及肺癌诊疗技术的提高,胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除术对于早期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及优点逐步展现.手术创伤小,恢复快,更多保留肺功能,尤其是对于心肺功能受损的特殊群体优势明显.本文就胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的可行性及优缺点进行论述.

Current situation and prospect of thoracoscopic sublobar lobectomy to cure non-small cell lung cancer.

All the time, the anatomic lobectomy is regarded as the standard surgery for non-small cell lung can-cer. In recent years, with the process of the aging of the population and the development of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment technology, the effect and advantage of thoracoscopic sublobar lobectomy to cure early stage non-small cell lung cancer is gradually exhibiting. It is characterized by smaller damage, faster recovery and more remaining of the lung function, especially for the patients whose heart and lung function are impaired. In this paper, the feasibility and the advantages and disadvantages of thoracoscopic sublobar lobectomy for early stage non-small cell lung cancer were discussed.
