256层CT血管成像在冠状动脉瘘诊断中的价值

摘    要:
目的 探讨256层CT对冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析我院2010年11月至2016年12月间收治的256层CT冠状动脉CTA检查10068例患者的影像资料,用容积再现(VR)、曲面重建(CPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)等重建方法观察有无冠状动脉瘘,分析冠状动脉瘘的CT血管造影(CTA)特点及其诊断价值.结果 10068例CTA中检出冠状动脉瘘(CAF)28例,检出率为0.28%,冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘21例,冠状动脉-右心房1例,冠状动脉-右心室1例,冠状动脉-左心室4例,冠状动脉-冠状静脉窦1例.结论 256层CT血管造影能够准确显示冠状动脉瘘的血管异常和瘘口,是诊断冠状动脉瘘的首选方法.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 256-slice CT scanner in diagnosis of coronary artery fistula (CAF). Methods Retrospective review were performed on 10068 patients who underwent 256-slice CT coro-nary angiography (CTA) examination in our hospital between November 2010 and December 2016. Coronary artery fis-tula was assessed by using reconstruction methods including volume rendering (VR), curved planar reconstructions (CPR) and maximum intensity projection (MIP). The analysis was processed about the characteristics of CT angiography (CTA) in CAF and its diagnostic value. Results Twenty-eight cases of 10068 CTA examinations were CAF (0.28%), including 21 patients with coronary-pulmonary artery fistula, 1 patient with coronary artery-right atrium fistula, 1 patient with coronary artery-right ventricle fistula, 4 patients with coronary artery-left ventricle fistula and 1 patient with coro-nary artery-coronary sinus fistula. Conclusion 256-slice CT coronary angiography can accurately show the vascular malformations and fistulas of CAF, which is a preferable method for diagnosis of CAF.
