消化性溃疡患者复发的相关因素分析及预防措施研究

目的：探讨导致消化性溃疡复发的因素及预防措施。方法：对我院180例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将复发者定为试验组，未复发者为对照组。比较两组患者性别、年龄，生活方式、发病原因、所服药物、精神因素等方面的差异。结果：180例患者中有45例复发，复发率为25％。导致复发的因素主要为男性患者，高龄，不良生活方式，症状改善后未进行维持治疗，精神紧张者等。结论：溃疡复发的因素有很多，发病机制比较复杂，需要通过健康教育，制定较规律的生活方式，才能更好的做到复发的预防。

Relapse Factors and Prevention for Patients with Peptic Ulcer

Objective： To discuss the reason of the relapse of patients with the peptic ulcer and how to protect it. Method：Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 180 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital. And defined the recurrence of patients as the experimental group, the other as the control group.
