中华猕猴桃多糖的提取及其对自由基的清除作用

摘    要:
中华猕猴桃根经热水提取,乙醇分部沉淀,鞣酸去除蛋白质,再经 Polyerde吸附,60 C热水脱附,乙醇沉淀、冻干,得ACPS。ACPS对O_(2~·)~-和OH~·的抑制功能采用电子顺磁共振法(EPR)测定,ACPS对O_(2~·)~-的清除能力与SOD相同,对OH~·的清除能力略强于V_c。

Abstract:
The roots of Actinutia Chinensis Planch were extracted by boiling water, precipitated fractionally by alcohol. The protein in the extract was removed by tannic acid. The resulting was applied to an absorbent column packed with Polyerde. The column was then eluted with (60 C ) water, the eluant was precipitated by alcohol and lyophilized. ACPS was obtained. The inhibitable effects of ACPS on oxygen free radicals and hydroxyl free radical were measured with electron spin resonance (EPR). Su-peroxide anion free radical was scavenged by ACPS, its effect was similar to SOD. Hydroxyl free radical was scavenged by ACPS, the effect was stronger than Vc.
