摘    要:目的探讨自拟风热湿毒方挥发油的提取工艺。方法以加水倍数(A)、浸泡时间(B)、蒸馏时间(C)为观察因素,挥发油的收得量为观察指标,按L9(3^4正交试验法安排实验。结果C因素影响显著(P〈0.05),A、B因素影响较少(P〉0.05)。结论自拟风热湿毒方挥发油较佳的提取工艺为:加6倍量水,浸泡时间4h,蒸馏时间8h。

Abstract:Objective To determine the extraction process of volatile oil from Drafted Fengreshidufang. Methods The vapor distillation condition of the volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal design,while the volume of the volatile oil the quantity of water(A),marinating time(B),and extract time(C) were adopted as markers.
