| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肝豆状核变性脑CT特征，提高该病检出率。材料与方法：收集10例经生化测定和诊断性用药证实的肝豆状核变性脑CT表现，作回顾性分析。结果：双侧基底节区对称性且形态完全相同的低密度影。结论：肝豆状核变性脑CT表现具有特征性，CT诊断有价值。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the CT findings of HLD and improve its detection rates. Materials and Methods: Ten cases of this disease verified by biochemistry and diagnostic therapy were prospectively evaluted. Results: The CT images were the same hypodense lesions in the both sides of the nuclei basales in the brain. Conclusion: CT appearance of HLD have characteristic features, so CT is valualele to diagnose this disease' |
