| 摘 要： | 目的:观察心理干预在耐多药结核病人(MDR-TB)治疗中的作用,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取我院收治的22例MDR-TB进行观察,评价入院24～48h及住院1～2月内病人的心理状况。结果:护理干预前后各种心理问题程度比较有显著性差异。结论:心理干预能改善MDR-TB病人的心理问题,明显提高病人治疗的依从性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinic effect of psychological interference to MDR-TB cure and provide basis for clinic treatment,we chose 22 of our MDR-TB cases for observation and estimated the patients’ psychological status during their stay at hospital,including the 24 to 28 hours period and 1 to 2 month periods.Result：There was notable difference in many fields before and after the interference.Conclusion：psychological interference helps solve the MDR-TB patients’ psychological problems and evidently enhance their compliance of treatment. |
