试论医疗设备购置管理中的问题与对策

目的：探索医疗设备购置管理的有效方法,建立新型的购置管理机制。方法：根据医疗设备购置管理现状,从多层面综合分析其存在问题及产生的原因。结果：现阶段的主要问题;购置设备的盲目性与随意性;购置论证制度存在缺陷;技术保障的不完善性;不合格的设备流入医院。结论 ：执行“政府采购”制度,进一步完善购置前的论证报告制度;医学工程技术人员参与购置;争取完整的技术保障件资料,加强计量检定。

Problems of Purchasing Medical Devices and Their Solutions

Objective：To explore an effective way of purchasing medical devices so as to establish a new administration mechanism. Methods： According to the status of purchasing medical devices in China, existing problems were analyzed ,and the foot cause was found in different aspect. Result： At present, the main problem is the blindness and randomness in the purchase, the defects in the demonstration system, the technical guarantee of inadequacy, and the inferior equipment in hospital. Conclusion ：It is imperative to set up as soon as possible a comprehensive and unified regulation of purchasing medical device. The main solution is to pursue a new policy -“government purchase”, to pay fully attention to the demonstration before the purchase, to participate in the purchase by the engineers and technicians, to obtain complete technical guarantee papers, and to attach importance to the metrological verification before the medical device come into common use.
