| 摘 要： | 目的探讨淋巴细胞性垂体炎的MR诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2006年8月～2012年9月经手术病理证实或临床治疗确诊为淋巴细胞性垂体炎的7例患者MR资料。所有患者均行MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果7例淋巴细胞性垂体炎患者MRI均表现为垂体弥漫性增大，4例垂体柄增粗，6例患者神经垂体T1WI高信号消失。5例患者呈明显均匀强化，2例均呈不均匀强化。3例患者可见相邻硬脑膜增厚强化，呈脑膜尾征。结论对于垂体弥漫性增大，垂体后叶短T，信号消失，垂体柄增粗，临床有尿崩及垂体功能低下时要考虑淋巴细胞性垂体炎的诊断，MRI对淋巴细胞性垂体炎具有重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI in lymphocytic hypophysitis. Methods MRI data of 7 pa tients in our hospital from August 2006 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. 4 cases were diagnosed as lym phocytic hypophysitis by pathological examination and 3 cases were proved by clinical examination. MRI contrast examina tions were performed in all cases. Results Enlargement of pituitary gland was found in all 7 patients with lymphocytic hy pophysitis. And stalk thickening was found in 4 cases and disappearance of high signal of neurohypophysis on T1 WI in 6 cases. Homogeneous enhancement was found in 5 cases, while, heterogeneous enhancement was found in 2 cases. Involve ment of dura mater on dorsum sella and clivus were found in 4 cases. Conclusion MRI contrast examination is of impor tance in diagnosis of lymphocytic hypophysitis and helpful for clinical treatment. |
