| 摘 要： | 高血压是影响心血管系统和肾脏的一种常见的全身性功能紊乱性疾病，其发病率和死亡率均高。临床上大多数高血压为原发性，但病因不明，继发性高血压虽较少见，但病因明确。本文就MRI在继发性高血压的常见病因中的诊断价值予于综述。

| Abstract: | Hypertension is a common systemic disorder affecting the cardiovascular system and kidneys with important morbidity and mortality. Essential primary hypertension accounts for the majority of patients in clinic and the cause re mains elusive. Secondary hypertension is much less common and the cause is clear. This article revieWs the value of MRI in the diagnosis of common causes in secondary hypertension and the effects of hypertension on kidney, adrenal and renal blood vessels. |
