| 摘 要： | 目的：观察＂腹背八卦＂针灸疗法治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的方法,将60例符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组（＂腹背八卦＂针灸,n=30）和对照组（盐酸氟西汀口服,n=30）,疗程4周。治疗前后分别对两组用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评价抑郁程度,用Barthel指数（BI）评定日常生活能力,用中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分表（CSS）评价神经功能。结果：＂腹背八卦＂针灸疗法在抗抑郁及神经康复能力上明显强于盐酸氟西汀组（P〈0.01）,两组治疗后HAMD、BI、CSS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：＂腹背八卦＂针灸疗法可明显改善卒中后抑郁程度并能促进神经功能康复。
