巴曲抗栓酶与肝素治疗急性心梗对凝血及纤溶指标影响的对比观察

摘    要:
目的:观察巴曲抗栓酶与肝素治疗急性心梗过程中对凝血及纤溶指标的影响。方法:48例急性心梗患随机分成2组,巴曲抗栓酶组25例(男20例,女5例)用巴曲抗栓酶10BU加入5%葡萄糖液250ML稀释后于2小时内点完。对照组23例(男19例,女4例)用肝素钙10000U加入5%葡萄糖液500ML中以12-16滴/分的速度静点。每天1次,疗程3天。每天用药前及用药后4小时抽血查血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、激活的部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、活化凝血时间(ACT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果:巴曲抗栓酶组显降低FIB,对PLT、PT、APTT及ACT影响不大。肝素组显延长PT、APTT及ACT,对FIB影响不明显。结论:巴曲抗栓酶能显降低FIB,使用方便、安全,有强大的抗凝作用,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of batroxobin and heparin on the parameters of coagelation and fibrinolysis during acute myocardial infraction (AMI) treatment.Methods:A total of 48 cases of AMI were divided into bafroxobin treated group(A)and heparin treated group(B).Platelet count (PLI),prothrombin time(PT),activated prothrombin time (APTT),activated coagulation time (ACT) and fibrinogen (FIB) were determined before medication and 4h,24h,48h after medication every day.Results:In batroxobin treated group FIB was decreased obviously but PLT,PT,APTT and ACT were not affected.In heparin treated group PT.APTT and ACT were prologed but FIB was not affected.Conclusion:Batroxobin may decrease FIB markedly and with strong anticoagulant action.It is safe and simple in usage and may be recommend for clinical application.
