| 摘 要： | 目的：评价心肌肌钙蛋白T（cTn-T)对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者预后的判断价值。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法动态测定161例AMI患者cTn-T浓度。结果：AMI病人血清cTn-T浓度变化呈两种趋势，在再灌注者表现为双峰曲线，无再灌注者表现为单峰曲线，病情平稳的患者cTn-T浓度在峰值后表现为持续下降至正常，而死亡病人侧表现为继续升高或保持高水平不降。结论：AMI患者血清cTn-T若持续升高或居高不下，提示临床预后差，对这类病人应加强治疗和监护。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the prognostic value of the changes of serum cardiospecific troponin T (cTn-T) levels in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: Serum cTn-T levels of 161 AMI patients were measured by tropinin T enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA). Results: Changes of serum cTn-T concentration appeared two ways of biphasic and monophasic curve. Biphase curve appeared in patients with early reperfusion, and monophasic curve in non-reperfusion patients. cTn-T concentration was relatively higher in dead person. Conclusion: In AMI patients, higher serum troponin T concentration means poor prognosis. Careful treatment and monitoring for these patients should be obtained. |
