| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨痛觉定位法球内磁性异物取出的临床效果。方法:对18例(18枚)球内磁性异物病例进行回顾性分析。结果:18枚球内磁性异物通过痛觉定位法全部取出,异物均有包裹粘连。视力较术前增加者11例,不变者3例,下降者4例。结论:痛觉定位法球内磁性异物取出是一种简单且行之有效的方法,有手术费用低,损伤小,视力恢复快,并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of algesthesis localization method in extracting magnetic intraocular foreign body.METHODS:Eighteen patients with magnetic intraocular foreign bodys were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Magnetic intraocular foreign bodys were extracted by algesthesis localization method completely in all eyes.Foreign bodys were packaged and adhered severely.Visual acuity was improved in 11 cases,no changed in 3 cases and decreased in 4 cases.CONCLUSION:Algesthesis localization method is ... |
