| 摘 要： | 本文观察了腺苷（ａｄｅｎｏｓｉｎｅ，Ａｄｏ）对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响，结果可见，Ａｄｏ１．３，１３，１３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１抑制３Ｈ胸腺脱氧嘧啶核苷（［３Ｈ］ＴｄＲ）参入的血液白细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，可减轻正常小鼠脾重，降低小鼠血清溶菌酶的含量，Ａｄｏ转运抑制剂潘生Ｔ１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１对Ａｄｏ１３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１的抑制作用无逆转作用。Ａｄｏ受体拮抗剂氨茶碱１０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１可逆转Ａｄｏ１３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１的抑制作用，提示Ａ加ＡｄｏＡ２受体在腺苷的非特异性免疫反应中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of adenosine(Ado) on nonspecific immune function of micehad been observed, the results showed that the ip Ado 1.3, 13, 130mg.kg-1 could inhibitthe ability of peripheral white blood cells and peritoneal macrophages incorporating 3HTdR;decline the spleen index;decrease serum lysozyme level.The transfer inhibitors ofAdo,ip dipyridamole(Dip) 10mg. kg-1, could not reverse the effects of Ado 130mg' kg-1on nonspecific immunity.The antireceptors of Ado I ip aminophylline(Ami)100mg. kg-1,reversed the effects of Ado 130mg. kg-1 on nonspecific immunity.The results suggestedthat the Ado A, receptors should have an important role in effects of Ado on mouse nonspecific immunity, |
