尿道内切开加记忆合金支架置入术治疗难治性后尿道狭窄和闭锁

目的 探讨治疗难治性长段后尿道狭窄、闭锁的有效方法。方法 采用尿道内切开加记忆合金支架置入术治疗29例病人,随访3月至2年。结果 早期即可止常排尿,最大尿流率(MFR)平均值为19.6ml/s,排尿满意者26例(占89.7%)。结论 尿道内切开加记忆合金支架置入术是治疗难治性后尿道狭窄、闭锁的有效方法。

Treatment of refractary posterior urethral stricture and obliteration with transurethral urethrotomy and menoral alloy netlike stent

Objective To study rlie effective treatment of refractary long posterior urethral srricriirc and oblircra-tion . Method 29 cases with posterior urethral stricrurc or obliterauon were treated with transurcthral urethroiomy and mcmoral alloy netlike stent and followed up for 3 months to 2 year. Results Normal micturation was observed in all patients early. The average of MFR was 19. 6ml/s. Follow up 3 months to 2 years,26 cases had satisfactory urination (89. 7 % ). Conclusions Transurethral urethrotomy and memoral alloy netlike stent was believed to be the useful treatment for refractory posterior urethral stricture or obliteration.
