耳穴埋豆联合下腹盒灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效研究

目的：研究原发性痛经采用耳穴埋豆联合下腹盒灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2O1O 年3月-2O13年4月本院收治的1OO 例原发性痛经患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组5O 例。对照组患者实施常规临床治疗，试验组患者实施耳穴埋豆联合下腹盒灸治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后试验组临床治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）。治疗后，试验组患者满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）。结论原发性痛经采用耳穴埋豆联合下腹盒灸治疗，疗效确切且无不良反应，具有临床推广价值。

Curative Effect of Ear Acupuncture Point Buries a Bean Combine with Ventral Box Moxibustion Treating Primary Dys-menorrhea

Objective To study the clinical effect of ear acupuncture point buries a bean combine with ventral box moxibustion treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 1OO patients with primary dysmenorrhea from March 2O1O to April 2O13 were divided into study group and controlled group,5O cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with rutine nurs-ing,the study group was treated with ear acupuncture point buries a bean combine with ventral box moxibustion. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the effect of study group was higher than controlled group,the difference was statistical significance（P ＆lt; O. O5）. The satisfaction of study group was higher than controlled group,the differ-ence was statistical significance（P ＆lt; O. O5）. Conclusion Primary dysmenorrhea are treated with ear acupuncture point buries a bean combine with ventral box moxibustion has significant effect,no bad reaction,it has clinical popularization value.
