茵栀黄加丹参注射液治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

目的：观察茵栀黄加丹参注射液治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2O13年1-6月收治的5O 例黄疸患儿的临床资料。随机将患儿分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。给予对照组患儿常规治疗，给予观察组患儿常规治疗基础上加茵栀黄加丹参注射液治疗，比较两组患儿的疗效。结果两组患儿治疗前的血清胆红素比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉 O. O5），但治疗后观察组患儿的血清胆红素较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（ P 〈 O. O5）；治疗前后观察组患儿血清胆红素下降幅度较对照组大，差异有统计学意义（ P 〈 O. O5）。观察组和对照组患儿治疗的总有效率分别为92%和68%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）。结论茵栀黄加丹参注射液治疗新生儿黄疸具有良好的临床疗效，值得推广。

Curative Effect of Yinzhihuang and Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yinzhihuang and Danshen injection in the treatment of neo-natal jaundice. Methods A retrospective analysis of 5O patients with neonatal jaundice in our hospital from January to June 2O13,were randomly devided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang and Danshen injection on the basis of conventional therapy,curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The serum bilirubin of the two groups were compared before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P ＆gt; O. O5）,but serum bilirubin of observation group after treatment was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significance（P ＆lt; O. O5）;Serum bilirubin before and after treat-ment in observation group decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significance（ P ＆lt;O. O5）;The total effective rate of treatment were 92% and 68% in the observation group and the control,the difference was sta-tistically significant（P ＆lt; O. O5）. Conclusion Yinzhihuang and Danshen injection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has good curative effect,which is worth promoting.
