| 摘 要： | 将84例复发性溃疡患者分成两组，治疗组44例，辩证分为虚火型和实火型，分别予以滋肾育阴、清热解毒方和清心降火、凉血通便方治疗；对照组40例，予以西 药维康福等治疗。结果疗程期间两组疗效无差异；疗程结束后4个月内的复发率两组有显著性差异，对照组高于治疗组。

| Abstract: | cases of recurrent oral ulcer were divided into treatment group(n=44)and control group(n=40).The cases in treatment group were subdivided into asthenia fire group and sthenia fire group,and respectively treated by enriching kidney yin and clearing heat toxin,and purging heart fire and cooling blood and promoting defecation.Vitamin B Co and B 12 was given in the control group.In the period of treatment,the curative effects in the two groups were similar;4 months after treatment,the recurrence rate was higher in the control group than in treatment group. |
