| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨急性胰腺炎（AP）与体重指数（BMI）及血糖水平的关系。【方法】选取2006年1月-2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的AP患者199例进行前瞻性研究,观察AP与BMI以及血糖水平的相关性。【结果】SAP组并发症发生率明显高于MAP组（P〈0.05）。MAP组中BMI正常者明显多于SAP组,肥胖者明显少于SAP组（P〈0.05）。入院时血糖水平SAP组明显高于MAO组（P〈0.05）。SAP组为26.32%;MAP组中肥胖者明显少于SAP组,两者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Ranson评分、Balthazar CT分级及CTSI评分与BMI、血糖水平具有显著的相关性。【结论】BMI和血糖水平与AP有着密切的相关性,可以作为该病预后的参考指标。 |
