耐多药结核分枝杆菌临床株耐药性分析

目的探讨贵阳市肺科医院住院结核病患者中的耐药情况,为临床诊断和治疗耐多药结核病（MDR-TB）提供可靠的科学依据。方法对2004年1月至2009年8月期间住院患者的临床分离株进行菌型鉴定后,进行药物敏感性试验,分析不同类型结核病患者的耐药情况。结果 2 318株结核分枝杆菌总的耐多药率为23.8%,初始耐多药率为12.1%,获得性耐多药率为63.8%。结论贵阳市肺科医院收治的结核病患者耐药率较高,应尽快加强耐药结核病患者的防治工作,减少和避免MDR-TB患者的产生。

Analysis on clinical drug resistance of multi-drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the drug resitance in inpatients with tuberculosis from Guiyang pulmonary hospital,and provide reliable reference on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB）.Methods From January 2004 to August 2009,the types of clinical isolates from the hospital were identified.The drug resistance in the patients with different kinds of tuberculosis was analyzed by drug sensitive test.Results The multi-drug resistance rate of 2 318 Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 23.8%.The initial multi-drug resistance rate was 12.1%,and the acquired multi-drug resistance rate was 63.8%.Conclusions The drug resistance rate in the patients with tuberculosis in Guiyang pulmonary hospital is high.The drug resistant tuberculosis should be prevented and controlled as soon as possible,in order to reduce the number of patients with MDR-TB.
