| 摘 要： | 对近100家广东省药品生产企业、药品经营企业、医疗机构中的药学技术人才分布情况和用人单位对药学专业人员的素质要求进行了调查，分析我省药学技术人才的学历结构、职称结构和年龄结构的分布情况，并针对这种分布与结构的现状，提出调整更加合理的药学人才培养方向的必要性，为培养药学人才主动适应社会需要提供有价值的参考 |

| Abstract: | a comprehensive survey was conducted on the distribution of professionals in pharmacy and requirement of educational levels from employers in nearly 100 pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, and professionals in medical institutions in Guangdong Province, the survey. The educational levels, skill grades, and age distribution of professionals in pharmacy in Guangdong Province were analyzed, and a more reasonable suggestion was put forward as the reference for the training of professionals with more adaptive capacities in the society. |
