| 摘 要： | 目的评价单气囊小肠镜对不明原因消化道出血的诊治价值及安全性。方法 2009年6月-2011年12月共有60例不明原因消化道出血患者进行单气囊小肠镜检查。结果 60例接受单气囊小肠镜检查患者中53例有阳性发现,发现阳性病变55处,阳性诊断率为88.33%。所有患者均顺利完成检查,未发生出血、穿孔等严重并发症,也未出现麻醉并发症或麻醉意外。结论单气囊电子小肠镜对不明原因消化道出血具有较高病变检出率和病因诊断准确率,是一种安全、可靠的检查手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of single balloon endoscopy in patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From Jun.2009 to Dec.2011,60 patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding underwent total single balloon endoscopy.Results The source of small bowel bleeding was identified in 53(88.33%) of the 60 total single balloon endoscopy patients.No serious complications,such as hemorrhage or intestinal perforation,occurred in the operation procedure.Conclusion A clearly diagnostic result could be expected for patients who undergo total single balloon endoscopy and receive proper treatment for obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. |
