摘    要:
目的:比较中药附子不同的炮制品及其部位的急性毒性差异.方法:采用阶梯法对附子4种炮制品及部分活性成分的LD50或最大耐受量的测定,对不同附子炮制品及活性成分的毒效进行评价.结果:生附片水提液、醇提液的LD50依次为22.4 g/kg、13.2 g/kg;白附、黑附、炮附片醇提液的LD50为131.7 g/kg、44.8g/kg、254.3g/kg;附子中脂溶性生物碱的LD50为0.5 mg/kg;白附、黑附、炮附片的最大耐受量依次为533 g、666 g、266 g;附子水溶性生物碱和附子多糖的最大耐受量依次为161 g、533 g.结论:不同炮制方法得到的附子及其部位药理活性差异较大,毒效在

Acute Toxicity of Different Processed Products and its Parts of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx

Abstract:
Objective: Compare the difference between acute toxicity of different processed products and its parts of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx. Methods: Use the staircase method to determine the LDs0 or maximal tolerance dose of four kinds of processed prod- ucts and part of active ingredient of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx, to evaluate tile toxic-effect of different processed products and part of active ingredient of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx. Results: The LDs0 of water extract, alconol extract of Radix aconite praeparata are 22.4 g/kg, 13.2 g/kg; The LDso of alconol extract of white Radix aconite praeparata, black Radix aconite praeparata, processed Radix aconite praeparata are 151.7 g/kg, 44. 8 g/kg, 254. 3 g/kg; The LDso of fat-soluble alkaloid of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx is 0. 5 mg/kg ; The maximal tolerance dose of white Radix aconite praeparata, black Radix aconite praeparata, processed Radix aconite praeparata are 533 g, 666 g, 266 g; The maximal tolerance dose of water-soluble alkaloid of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx and polysac- charide of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx are 161 g, 533 g. Conclusion: The large difference on the different processing methods to ob- tain Aconitum Carmichalii Debx and Pharmacological Activities of its parts, the toxic-effect show difference in the processed products of Aconitum Carmichalii Debx and its part of active ingredient.
