硝呋太尔联合定君生治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病的临床观察

目的：评价口服硝呋太尔联合阴道置入定君生治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病（BV）的疗效。方法：将108例妊娠期细菌性阴道病的患者随机分为两组。观察组58例,用硝呋太尔联合定君生治疗;对照组50例,单用定君生治疗,比较两组治疗结束后1周的有效率,以及治疗结束后2周、1个月及孕28～32周的复发率。结果：治疗结束后1周,观察组有效率为93.10%,对照组为88.00%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;复发率观察组为3.45%,对照组为24.00%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：硝呋太尔联合定君生治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病疗效好,复发率低,安全可靠。

Clinical surgery of nifuratel and living preparation of lactobacillus in treament for bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy

Objective: To discuss the curative effect of nifuratel and living preparation of lactobacillus for bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy.Methods: 108 cases of such patients were divided into two groups.58 patients in the study group were treated by nifuratel and living preparation of lactobacillus,another 50 patients in the control group were treated by living preparation of lactobacillus only.The curative effect and relapse rate were compaled after 7,14,30 and 28~32 gestational weeks.Results: The effective rate was 93.10% in the study roup and 88.00% in the control group after one week,but with no significant difference(P>0.05).The relapse rate was 3.45% and 24.00% in the two groups respectively with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Combination therapy is an effective and safe method with lower relapse rate.
