电针配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎

目的:对比电针配合穴位贴敷及西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分成电针+穴位贴敷组和西药组,每组45例。电针+穴位贴敷组穴取①中脘、天枢、关元、气海和②上巨虚、脾俞、大肠俞、足三里两组穴位,轮流采用电针和药物贴敷的方法;西药组口服美沙拉嗪。治疗前后分别进行临床症状评估、结肠镜检查,比较疗效差异。结果:电针+穴位贴敷组总有效率为91.1%(41/45),结肠镜下改善黏膜病变程度总有效率为84.4%(38/45),均优于西药组的73.3%(33/45)和66.7%(30/45),均P0.05。结论:电针配合穴位贴敷能显著改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状及结肠镜下黏膜病变程度,效果优于西药美沙拉嗪。

Clinical study on electroacupuncture combined with acupoint sticking therapy for treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis

Purpose：Observation of Electricity needle combined with acupoint application the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy。Methods：From 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 45 cases.Treatment group with the use of Electricity needle acupoint,Point taken Zhongwan, Tian-shu, Guan Yuan, air sea, on the giant virtual, Pishu, colon Yu, Zusanli;The control group were treated with western medicine, oral drugs such as mesalazine。Before treatment, treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks of clinical symptoms of the two groups were assessed colonoscopy compare the differences in efficacy. Results: The treatment group’s total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 91.1%, better than the control group’s (75.0%) (P <0.05); treatment group to improve the colonic mucosal lesion extent of endoscopic total effective rate was 84.4%, better than the control group 66.7% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Electricity needle with acupoint can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with ulcerative colitis, colon endoscopic treatment is superior to western medicine.
