艾灸治疗外科患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨选择性艾灸神阙穴、涌泉穴、关元穴、气海穴、中极穴、百会穴在治疗外科患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效.方法：将83例外科术后尿潴留的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理：按摩、热敷、听流水声诱导排尿法等,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加以选择性艾灸神阙穴、涌泉穴、关元穴、气海穴、中极穴、百会穴的中医特色疗法,观察两组患者的临床疗效.结果：观察组总有效率为91.88%,对照组总有效率为54.34%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组明显优于对照组.结论：选择性艾灸神阙穴、涌泉穴、关元穴、气海穴、中极穴、百会穴对治疗外科术后尿潴留患者疗效显著,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation on treating postoperative urinary retention by moxibustion therapy

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of moxibustion therapy at Shenque, Yongquan, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, Baihui Xue on postoperative urinary retention. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine care; while the observation group was given moxibustion therapy more, and clinical effects were observed.Results： The total efficiency in the observation group （91.88%） was significantly better than that （54.34%） in the control （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The efficacy of moxibustion therapy at Shenque, Yongquan, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, Baihui Xue on postoperative urinary retention was confirmed, and worthy of clinical promotion.
