消风散合五味消毒饮治疗皮肤过敏的临床分析

目的：观察分析消风散合五味消毒饮在皮肤过敏治疗过程中的作用和效果.方法：将80例颜面皮肤过敏患者按照抽签方法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各40例.对照组给予扑尔敏治疗,治疗组给予中药消风散合五味消毒饮治疗.比较两组疗效、治愈时间、复发率以及治疗前后血清总IgE变化.结果：对照组临床治疗总有效率为82.5%,显著低于治疗组的97.5%（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗前后血清总IgE水平相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组治疗后血清IgE水平显著低于对照组治疗后（P〈0.05）.结论：采用消风散合五味消毒饮治疗皮肤过敏,临床疗效确切,不良反应少,具有较高的安全性,值得推广应用.

Clinical analysis on treating skin allergy with Xiaofeng San andWuwei Xiaodu Yin

Objective： To observe and analyze clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on skin allerg. Methods： 80patients with facial skin allergy were randomly into the control group and the observation group according to drawing lots method, 40 cases for each. The control group was given chlorpheniramine, and the treatment group was given Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin. Efficacy,healing time, recurernce rate and change of IgE before and after treatment in both were compared. Results： The total efficiency in thetreatment group was 82.5%, significantly lower than that （97.5%） in the control （P〈0.05）; in the treatment group, the change of IgE beforeand after treatment was significant difference （P〈0.05）, and IgE in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaofeng San and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin were confirmed with good efficacy, less adversereactions, high security, and were worthy of popularization and application.
