| 摘 要： | 目的：探究润肠通便汤在治疗老年性便秘上的疗效观察.方法：从我院就诊的老年患者中抽取132例分为观察组与对照组,各66例,对观察组患者行润肠通便汤随症加减治疗,对对照组患者行舒泰清治疗.结果：观察组患者治愈总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：润肠通便汤经济实惠,在治疗老年性便秘中效果较好,能减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用.

Clinical observation on treating 66 cases of senile constipation with the Runchang Tongbian decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the Runchang Tongbian decoction on senile constipation. Methods： 132 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given the Runchang Tongbian decoction, thecontrol group was given Shutaiqing. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was better, and the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Runchang Tongbian decoction was confirmed with good effects, can relieve pain and improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
