| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸治疗配合补中益气汤加减治疗老年人脱肛,评价临床疗效.方法：将30例脱肛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用针灸和口服补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组采用口服补中益气汤加减;于1个疗程（14d）时观察症状改善情况.结果：两组治疗脱肛均有疗效,但两组疗效相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组.结论：针灸联合补中益气汤的疗效优于单纯的口服本汤药.

Clinical observation on treating elderly anal prolapse by acupuncture plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on elderly anal prolapse.Methods： 30 patients with rectocele were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was given acupuncture plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction, the control group was given the Buzhong Yiqi decoction solo. Results： Effects in the treatment group were better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction was good at treating elderly anal prolapse. |
