“平抵胶囊”治疗代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

目的：探讨益气活血法对代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗的影响及其部分作用机制.方法：将60例代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为两组,治疗组用自制“平抵胶囊”配合西药常规治疗,对照组单纯用西药常规治疗;观察治疗前后患者空腹血糖,血脂,胰岛素抵抗变化.结果：治疗后对照组总有效率为56.6%,治疗组为74.1%,两组患者治疗后总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.两组患者治疗后FPG,FINS,TG,TC水平明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗后组间比较也有显著性差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;两组患者治疗后HDL-C水平均有升高,治疗组治疗前后比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后比较无统计学差异,治疗后两组间比较也无统计学差异.对照组治疗前后IR值无明显改善,与本组对照其差异无统计学意义,治疗组IR值明显改善,与对照组相比其差异有显著性统计学意义,P〈0.01.结论：以益气活血法为主的自拟“平抵胶囊”对代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者具有较好疗效.

Clinical research on treating insulin resistance of metabolism syndrome with the Pingdi capsule

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue therapy on insulin resistance of metabolism syndrome.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received Pingdi capsule plus western medicine; the control group was given western medicine solo. FPG, blood lipid, insulin resistance in both were observed before and after treatment.Results： The total efficiency in the control was 56.6%, in another was 74.1% after treatment. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. FPG, FINS, TG, TC in both were decreased after treatment, there were significant differences compared with those before and after treatment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. HDL-C in both was improved, there were significant differences in the treatment group before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the treatment group before and after treatment. Comparisons between two groups were no significant difference after treatment. IR was not improved in the control before and after treatment, there was no significant difference; IR was improved in the treatment, there was significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Pingdi capsule on insulin resistance in metabolism syndrome was confirmed with good efficacy.
