分析健脾固肾安胎法联合HCG治疗先兆流产的效果

目的：观察分析健脾固肾安胎法联合HCG治疗先兆流产的临床效果.方法：回顾性分析我院2011年3月-2013年3月收治的60例先兆流产患者的临床资料,将其随机分成对照组与观察组,给予对照组健脾固肾安胎法治疗,给予观察组在对照组的基础上联合HCG治疗,比较分析两组治疗效果.结果：观察组治疗总有效率93.3%,明显优于对照组的83.3%,两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组治疗不良反应率为3.3%,和对照组的6.7%相比,两组比较差异不明显,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：健脾固肾安胎法联合HCG治疗先兆流产效果显著,且没有明显毒副作用,值得临床推广应用.

A clinical analysis of treating threatened abortion by the Jianpi Gushen Antai therapy plus HCG

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Gushen Antai therapy plus HCG on threatened abortion. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given the Jianpi Gushen Antai therapy, and another was given HCG more. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 93.3%, obviously better than 83.3% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate in the observation was 3.3%, compared with 6.7% in the control, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Gushen Antai therapy plus HCG was confirmed with remarkable effects,without obvious side effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
