中医治疗小儿腹泻30例临床观察

目的：观察中医治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效.方法：60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组采用自拟方治疗.结果：对照组治愈13例,好转6例,无效11例,总有效率63.3%.治疗组治愈18例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;两组比较治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：我院自拟方有明显的临床疗效,值得应用推广.

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of infantile diarrhea in TCM

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on infantile diarrhea. Methods： 60 patients with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The control group was given western medicine.Another group received the TCM decoction. Results： In the control group, 13 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the total efficiency was 63.30%; in another group, 18 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 93.33%. Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM decoction in our hospital could obviously improve clinical efficacy, and is worthy of promotion.
