| 摘 要： | 目的:研究青蒿琥酯诱导NB4细胞凋亡的机制。方法:通过细胞形态学、流式细胞仪检测青蒿琥酯对NB4细胞凋亡的影响,采用ELISA法检测半胱天冬酶-3(Caspase-3)活性。结果:青蒿琥酯可诱导NB4细胞凋亡,并伴有Caspase-3活性增高。结论:青蒿琥酯诱导NB4细胞凋亡可通过激活Caspase-3而实现。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism that apoptosis of NB4 cells were induced by artesunate. METHODS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate was determined by Annexin V-FITC FCM analysis and cytomorphology and the activity of Caspase-3 was determined by ELISA assay. RESULTS: Artesunate could induce apoptosis of NB4 cell with the activity of Caspase-3 increasing. CONCLUSIONS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate is achieved by activating Caspase-3. |
